She likes to wear form-fitting clothes, and is especially partial to short skirts. Many times, her clothes will not match, at all, yet she somehow still manages to pull it off.

Personality:
On the outside, Delana seems like a fun loving girl who doesn’t care what the world thinks about her. She has her own rebellious spirit and hates to be caged in by anything. Often times, Delana goes above and beyond the normal to show that she is worth something, because living in a house five other siblings has taken a serious toll on her chance for originality. Lana will never let anyone know if she’s feeling hurt or depressed, though her ability tends to give her away for that one.

When she’s not surrounded by people, Lana drops her act. She will cry in front of her twin, but no one else. This is probably why she has such trouble trusting other people, because she puts so much trust in her twin Damien. Lana feels guilty for having Damien spend so much time with her and less time with other people, but fears what will happen if he leaves her alone.

Delana has grown quite a temper over the years. She absolutely despises it when people worry over her, just because she is the frailest one of the family. Lana is tired of being considered the breakable one, and will often do risky stunts to show that she is not as breakable as her family says. She likes to be in control of her own life, and worries what will happen if she gives anyone else some control over her. This is most likely why she doesn’t take lightly to being ordered around, and will rebel when given the chance.

Because of the fact that Delana was not allowed to see her siblings much in her younger years, she tries even harder to strengthen the bond she has between them. She likes to joke around with her older brothers, and is probably more masculine than feminine because of it. Lana doesn’t see her sister much, because she moved out a year ago, so their relationship isn’t as strong as the one she has with her brothers. Delana doesn’t quite sympathize with her sister’s love for shopping and clothes a like. Lana would take sports over shopping any day.

History:
The day Delana and Damien were born, their parents knew something was wrong. Damien had come out a healthy boy, wailing with all his might. But, when Delana was born, she seemed so much smaller than her brother. Her voice was feeble compared to his, as was her strength. Their parents began to worry over Delana, even when the doctor told them that she would grow up fairly normally. Special precautions were set up for the small babe, and so began her many years of rules.

By the age of three, Delana was up and running everywhere she could. Much of what she spoke was gibberish, but somehow her and her brother Damien could understand each other perfectly. Her parents just allowed her and her brother to spend a lot of time together then, because they got along so well. This is what sparked the twins close relationship, which only grew as they had gotten older.

At age six, Delana’s parents had reason to worry once more. Flu was passing through the town, and Lana had been unfortunate enough to catch it. Most of the other kids just experienced the flu-like symptoms, stuffy nose, headaches, just the usual. But, poor Lana had been affected even worse. She had raging fevers, and couldn’t stand without collapsing. Her breathing was labored and her parents feared that she would die from this. After several doctor visits, she had gotten over the sickness, but all of her doctors had concluded that Lana had a poor immune system, and must be kept under severe watch.

After that, her parents started to take extra precautions. If one of her siblings even sneezed, Lana was not allowed to see them for the next few days. She was not allowed outside in hot weather, or in really cold weather, for fear she would contract another disease. Delana always had to make sure that she was extra clean every night, and made sure to wash at least twice a day. It was a hard life for a child to live.

Throughout this process, her siblings began to grow distant. They were not allowed to see their younger sister, for fear she might become sick again, or fear that they might hurt her. After being rejected so many times, most of her siblings gave up. Damien, on the other hand, refused to just let it go. The twins shared a room, so their parents couldn’t reject him. He would sit in bed with her and they would talk for hours. Sometimes, the two would read stories to each other, or maybe even put little spins and twists on said tales. The devotion of the brother to his sister was somewhat unnatural, but Delana was thoroughly grateful.

Once the pair turned eleven, they received their letter for Hogwarts like all of their other siblings. Lana was ecstatic about the whole experience, though her parents worried over her health. With the magical properties of the school though, Delana didn’t really worried. It was no shock either that the two were place into Ravenclaw, they both preferred brain over brawn. Lana tried to move out of her comfort zone and make friends of other children, besides Damien, though it was tough for her. She vowed not to leave him, even with her new friends. Perhaps the two should’ve been placed in Gryffindor, because of their fierce loyalty to each other. It would take a lot to break the two up, because of the fact that they had been together their whole lives.
