Personality: (at least two well written paragraphs)
It's easy to tell from appearance that Rory's one of those girls that fits into the category of odd people. She dresses weird and plainly said, her hair's interesting to look at. Only a few people fully appreciate it is what she would tell you when questioned about it, before quickly storming off. She was a bit oversensitive about it, since it placed her obviously as a metamorph and she was rather proud of what she thought up for it.

Rory's a very strong-willed girl and you can rarely change her mind from anything once it's been made up. This would be a problem if she tended to get in trouble, but usually her plans are just full of general silliness and frowned on by the rest of the population. She's a little eccentric, and very open about showing it since she really doesn't care what anyone feels about her, except for her friends. She tends to be the kind of person that can make more enemies than friends when she's dealing with narrow-minded people, but when she's with people who are just open for a good time they tend to look past her crazy exterior and accept that she's just a silly little girl.

Even with people that openly don't like her, she tends to be very ignorant to them and pretends not to even notice their snide remarks or rolled eyes. If they have a problem with her, they could keep it to themselves since she wouldn't confront anyone unless they were bothering one of her friends rather than herself.

History:
Devon and Miranda were the classic couple in Hogwarts, the little nerdy Claw boyfriend and girlfriend that there always is. They said they were in love, even at the age of sixteen and stayed together for the rest of their years at school and beyond. Marriage wasn't too long after their graduation and soon after was their first born child, Rory. An odd name for a girl, since though it is a unisex name, people are more familiar with it being for men. But it was her grandmother's name, and her father insisted that they name their first born after her and even when she was a girl he didn't give up the fight. So Rory was her first name, and the name Miranda planned to be the girls name was stuck as her middle name. Tough luck.

It didn't take long for her parents to figure out that she was a metamorph, perhaps the fact that her nose changed on a regular basis and there were times where every picture of her as a baby looked like it was of a completely different child. If they were muggles, perhaps they would have freaked out and figured it was some sort of demonic baby and that they needed to hire and exorcist, but as they were both wizards they just realized they had one cool baby. They had a metamorph friend back in school and were quite jealous of her ability, mostly because they were troublemakers and could only imagine the damage that could be done when you could look however you wanted, and be whoever you wanted.

Even with their odd child, they grew up spoiling her to whatever she wanted and allowed her to grow her distinct taste as soon as she could. So when her letter came when she was just eleven, it was unsurprising that she got odd looks when entering Hogwarts. I mean, a little girl with bright pink hair did tend to attract just a bit of attention. Attention wasn't something she minded and at times she would do the silly little metamorph games with people just to make them happy. Even if it made her yawn on the inside; duck nose, rainbow hair, fish lips. Ooh, ahh, not.

As she grew up, she would always experiment with her looks so it's rather unsurprising that now she looks almost nothing like her parents in facial construction as well as hair. She went with a look that she thought suited her best and figured that if she had this gift then she was going to use it to make her look how she felt on the inside. It's what everyone dreamed of doing, and if she was so easily capable of it...
